I Reduced Claude Code usage by up to 40%!

I developed a plugin for claude code to stop it from performing redundant tasks and save tokens. It's been really useful to me in saving tokens so I thought I should polish it and publish it.

I've tried and tested on windows. I'm not sure about mac. It would be great if someone can check on mac.
