My citra is slow(Macbook)

- Device: Laptop
- Specs: Idk
- OS: Macbook Air macOS
- Citra or fork version: Citra
The speed was 85% only, before it was like 99%-100%. The game FPS is 24 fps too, it was 60fps before... Does anyone know how to make it go faster? speed it up? Because I have watched yt about how to fix it but they are always just Windows, so I had no idea how to do it.
