If Thunder don't win the championship this year, do they run it back, or upgrade?

J Dub has been hurt, so there's a strong care for running it back. But if they just want to be sure and/or feel J Dub's injury trouble might be persistent, maybe they upgrade for one of the usual suspects: Trey Murphy, for example. Or a s&t for CJ. Or anything, really. They could do anything. They might even trade J Dub at some point if he continues to have injury troubles, but don't think they're at that point yet.
