How to take care of street dogs?

Hey!

We currently have the most beautiful stray puppy in our garden. Very cuddly and trusting.

Are there organisations to where I can get him medical treatment? Checked? I can't take him in myself because Im just here 4 more weeks.

Anyone experiences with that?
