Totilpay GO: Failed to connect to host error

I'm trying to use Totil Pay Go for SNAP transactions at a farmers market. I keep getting a "Failed to connect to host" error when trying to complete transactions. I've tried restarting my ipad, force closing the app, and connecting to different networks. Nothing is working. Customer service is not open today. Anybody have any tips?
