How Can I Get International Exposure as a Future MBBS Student?
Hi everyone! I’m an Indian student preparing to enter medical college (MBBS route) and I’m really interested in international opportunities related to medicine, public health, research, leadership, volunteering or global health.
I’m NOT looking for coding/programming-related opportunities. I specifically want programs connected to medicine or healthcare.
A bit about me:
- I’ve previously worked in youth leadership/children’s rights platforms and national-level student initiatives.
- I’m interested in communication, public health, medicine and international exposure.
- I recently completed NEET preparation and now want to start building my profile again.
I’m looking for:
- summer schools
- online/in-person medical programs
- research internships
- public health fellowships
- youth health conferences
- volunteering opportunities
- exchange programs
- international student communities
- programs open to Indian/pre-med/MBBS students
Even short-term or online programs are fine if they help build exposure and connections.
Would really appreciate recommendations, websites, Reddit communities or personal experiences. Thank you!
