loud frenetic detailed dreams that vanish quickly

I've been writing down my dreams for years and usually have pretty detailed, involved dreams. Something I have noticed for the last few months, though, is I will have these particular dreams where even more is going on than usual. It's like the dream equivalent of the movie Everything Everywhere All At Once, long and intense and extremely detailed. And for some reason these dreams tend to be the hardest to remember. I might be able to recall one or two scraps but the rest just sort of explodes and disintegrates as soon as I wake up, leaving only the impression of "that was a lot." Has anyone else here experienced this?
