Richter Ave

Hello-

I have been trying to walk all the streets of SF, and recently heard about Richter Ave - possibly the shortest street in SF? It does not appear on Apple or Google maps. AI has confidently directed me to some very specific spots that are not Richter Ave. Please help! Anyone know where this is?
