Vendors on Food App

Im not able to name names but these folks👆🏻are an absolute RIP OFF. I ordered 6 food items and 1 goes missing yet Im charged with an amt that does or doesnt get refunded! Even then we wont see CASH but some miserable voucher that MAY be claimed.

He this is cheating! yet in another case I ordered 2 items only 1 arrived and yet there was no stock of the other item so the refund came thru...no not in cash form but a voucher through that miserable app.

Imagine 1 item missing from 100 customers per day for the amt of Rm2.60 or Rm3, thats a lot of money ripped off, from customers. Truly need a solution...
