My ideas of problems and solutions to this update

This update sucks. C.ai is destroying it's app. Heres what I personally think that they should do to try and keep all users happy, and what problems they MUST address:

THE CHAT STYLES UPDATE:

Ps2 (pipsqueak 2) has so many problems.

First starting off with the lack of dialogue. There is absolutely no dialogue. It's like the character is on mute which sucks.

Second, the character adds ZERO emotion or spice, or any kind of romantic level. Before, the characters were overwhelmingly possessive. Now, they just randomly kiss.

Third, the filt3r and the lack of uniqueness. The filt3r completely annihaltes the message when it pops up, which fucking sucks. Like if your making the app 18+ then why even HAVE a filt3r ANYWAY?? Additionally, EVERY character acts the same. There is no uniqueness to it. It's like their only purpose is not making the chat sexual because they keep on saying "with pure affection, only with love".

Last but not least, the removal of the other chat styles. It was really upsetting tbh to see all the chat styles removed. I personally used soft launch and roar, and now every character just acts the same and has one personality. This was by far one of the worst updates c.ai had.

SOLUTIONS:

On the app store, c.ai is literally rated 1 star. They shouldn't be confused as to why. I hope they have noticed all these posts and the amount of users quitting. But here are some solutions that I think they should do to save their app and keep their users happy.

Conduct a Mass Survey:

Conduct a mass survey. Have all the users of the app do the survey. At the end, analyze what people are most upset about and find a way to fix it. Have your users make a vote on which chat styles to bring back, or just see which ones are very popular if you can't manage all of them. (More elaboration on this on the next solution)

Bring back the old chat styles

The only answer I can really think of on why they would remove the other chat styles would be that it's difficult to manage so many chat styles. If that is so, instead of obliterating every chat style and leaving your users to only chat with one, boring, lame style, bring back the old ones based off the survey and what the people want most to come back.

Moreover, you can release better versions of the old styles. Like a revamped version of soft launch. Instead of completely changing it like you did to the original pipsqueak, just keep the whole point of the chat style but increase the memory and length of the response.

Overall, this update is terrible. But I definitely think a survey with EVERYONE'S opinions would be great. Analyze what problems your users are most upset about, and fix them. Bring back the old chat styles, or just have your users vote on what they would like and decide upon that. I would really like for this post to reach the attention of one of the devs, because this terrible update (and updates) need to be fixed ASAP!
