Structural Design

Pwede bang mag rant dito? Nakakapikon lang kasi. We were offered a structural design project for a 2-story residential building located sa isang high-end subdivision for 10k. Haha. And it includes everything from analysis, drawings, BOM and Technical Specifications (plus print). Dahil nasa 50k lang raw ang overall design fee (all trades) for an almost 500sqm na bahay.

Ganito na ba tayo kababa ngayon? LOL.
