Fixing Falcons' problems

Obviously, Falcons' only solution to problems is to bring on more star players. But clearly, it has not been working. Here are the roster moves I would make in order to make falcons into a top team:

Star rifler: -NiKo, +dgt

NiKo has been a top rifler for YEARS, but its clear he's on the out. It's time to replace him with an up-and-comer who can match his major trophy count.

AWP: -m0nesy, + meyern

People know him for his flicks, but what falcons needs from an AWP is consistency.

IGL: -karrigan, +max

Karrigan might have the longevity, but to be a superteam, every player needs to be able to frag, and it's clear that Karrigan's reaction times have been beginning to dull.

Entry: -kyosuke, +HUASOPEEK

If your entry doesn't have PEEK in the name, how are they supposed to win any fights?

Lurk: -TeSeS, +ropz

TeSeS has solid game sense, but they need to have the undeniable GOAT of this role to get value on every T round.

Coach: -zonic, +b1t

b1t's has been studying under blad3 for a long time, and will be able to apply what he learned to make falcons a legendary team.
