Best tips for PDA toddlers

Please share your best tips and strategies for getting a PDA toddler (2 years old) through daily routines. We do low demand for most things in life, but getting her dressed and in her car seat and to school every morning and doing the bare minimum bedtime routine every evening is torture. The only way we have been able to cut bedtime sleep resistance down from 3 hours to 1 hour is melatonin.

Would love any specific strategies that have been useful, with scripts if possible. What games or collaborative language helped get a diaper on or clothes on or breakfast eaten or a butt into the car seat without daily resistance and fights and meltdowns?

Same question for potty training, helpppp
