My therapist put a diagnosis on paper without telling me

I’ve been diagnosed with adhd 4 years ago and I’ve talked with my therapist for a few years now. I found out you could log in and see what she had written about me. Apparently she has given me an autism diagnosis without saying it to me, or discussed it. I’m not autistic because I’ve empathy and don’t show any traits of autism. I recently found out and I don’t want it on my papers. I’ll discuss this with her next week what’s her reasoning is and why she hasn’t said it to me and hopefully in some way prove that I’m not autistic . I’m the opposite I’ve too many emotions. I’m boiling right now.. what should I do?
