Dog won't pee

My french bulldog pulled a muscle or something yesterday night. We immediately put her on crate rest, and while clearly in pain, she is still eating and drinking.

My question is, she has not peed since the incident last night, so it's been ~15 hours at this point. Does this warrant an emergency vet or is it a pain response to not want to pee? She can still walk but she's shaky.
