Runelite plugin item stats issue

My runelite for my main iron, has item stats turned on, but does not show me the item stats when hovering over the armor or weapons. I loaded up my GIM to do some gaming, and this runelite item stats plugin works. So on one acc, no item stats, but on another, item stats. Anyone have any idea what is going on here? Both runelite clients, but started from the jagex launcher
