Are age gaps a problem in relationships?

So I (22M) have been talking to this girl (19F) and I like her but it feels weird. I'm conflicted because I feel kinda bad dating someone just out of highschool with much less experience in relationships and I'm afraid it will create weird dinamics in the relationship.

On the other hand, I like her and it's not fair to not even give this relationship a chance I think. There also that she's a few months older than my younger sister and I can't get that out of my mind.

What advice do you guys have for me? Would you think it's weird for a 19 yo to date a 22 yo? Cause it's only 3 years, but they are what separates teens from adults so idk.

TL;DR I want to date this girl but I'm afraid the age gap is gonna be a problem, specially considering our different experiences in past relationships.
