Infotainment rebooting due to nav card when cold

My 2016 ND Miata has the following issue: when it’s cold outside (under 10 degC) the infotainment will reboot a couple of times after starting the motor. This only happens when the navigation SD card is inserted and the issue is nonexistent when removing the SD card. I have updated the SD card using Mazda’s tool software but the issue remains.

How can I solve this?
