My friend might get sued we are in highschool

We are highschoolers no we cannot tell counselors or any adults because they will not help I know my area Also no I cant fill out a report to the government or those support numbers because it wont work

First of all she bought ONE thing that cost 345 and thats very expensive she used tabby which allows her to split the payment into months which is dumb because she dosent even have a job so idk why she did that

she received her hairdryer the first month she pays for the first month all good

the second month she puts the payment to next month because she thought the money we made in shopping day (we basically sell stuff and we made a lot) she could use that money to pay off the rest

she sold pastries and her bozo mom helped her make then her mom demanded for her to give her all the money she made which is fucking weird bru why would you rob your own kid’s joy over couple of riyals its not like the mom is broke, her parents are just abusive

When my friend group heard of that we said everyone gets payed back for their supplies then wtv money is left over is the profit we split that and she was gonna give her mom the supply money and she was going to keep profit because she was the one selling anyways

Her dumbass sister told her mom abt the money leftover and her mom took it and grounded her and the app she used is telling her they will sue if she dosent pay back by the end of the month she cant tell her parents because they will beat her

my friend group gathered money so she wont tell her parents and wont get in trouble. she needs now 300 my two friends gave her 104 me and my other friend are going to give her 40 and 70 which makes it 214 and now she has to get 86 from her ass or sum am worried her dad will find 214 stashed and take the money and beat her or sum

We were gonna continue selling but its exam season and nobody is going to buy
