How do you handle freedom with parents and life in Sri Lanka

Serious replies only

Hey guys,

I tried to ask about this earlier but the it was not explained correctly. I’m a male in my early 20s studying in an uni part time, while working full time (Own business) and balancing everything in my age. For me, yes I’m balancing my things in a good way. But the problem is I’m self employee that means I’m working at home so it’s being few years now and my problem is I’m not engaging outside that much.

I have friends and people, that’s not the problem. Since I study part time and working on my own business at home, I’m not going outside that much. So, rather than being a normal human like studying full time at a uni and goes through a normal human life, I choose this and now I’m regret a bit in freedom wise. Because my parents like doubting me that I don’t need to go outside when I work at home. So while I balance my work stress, study stress all at once fine, it’s a bit impossible to have a relationship for me since of this issue. Because my opinion is if I had a relationship I would be so balanced since I take care of my life seriously. How should I handle this with my parents? They don’t like me to interact with a relationship don’t know why they see in that way. All they want is to work and study only but the other things they see in not a good way.

Anyone has gone through this issue and is it only for me?

Need your valuable advice.
