Next hero? and when should i start pulling for UR heroes?

i currently have Akashic, Hel, Feng, and Agnes all Awakened 3 and i’m wondering who should be the next hero i was thinking Crocell, Angela or Lunox(UR version) but not sure if this would be too early to pull them or if i’m missing another crucial hero in the Chaos/Order faction any suggestions?
