Tips for beating purgatory runs with fleece of berserker on permadeath mode?

Ok so I have been obsessed with this game - and my Audhd won’t let me stop playing until I:

1.) Complete all of the game on permadeath + penitence + highest difficulty modes, including collecting all tarot cards, relics, outfits, decorations, and woolhaven animals - I have done this except for completing all purgatory runs

2.) Have one living follower of every possible follower form in PS5, including both Rot and normal forms of the rot bosses, all variations of rot follower, and all versions of non melting snow lambs, with no repeats and keep them all alive -I now have done this and have 178 followers lol

I am so worried about completing and purgatory one with the fleece that kills you with one hit (fleece of the berserker I believe). If you all don’t mind, would you please share any and all of your tips/tricks to do this and survive? I will be DEVASTATED if I lose everything on this purgatory run! TIA!
