Game stutters when I shoot [Bug]

Ive played Tarkov for 4ish years and i just got a new pc (nvidea -> amd), but now whenever I shoot in Tarkov, my game stutters. It's not entirely game breaking since I play pve but it would be nice to get it fixed. I read that leftover nvidea files could be the cause so I uninstalled tarkov and bsg launcher, ran DDU, but no luck. I have also disabled HDCP, but no fix. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
