When to expect deposit?

Florida- Originally applied in December and received expedited benefits. Renewal was due 3/17 and completed 2/13. They needed extra documents from by 4/6, and I uploaded 4/3. 4/20 they requested additional documents due 4/30. I uploaded 4/25. They denied my renewal 4/27 before the deadline. Fixed errors and requested renewal to be reopened that same day. Have spoked to workers 5-6 times since that request. Spoke to tier 3 worker on Friday 5/8 and was told my caseworker and her supervisor were out of town. He said he sent it to two different supervisors and that one of them would approve it and I should see a deposit Saturday. Here we are Sunday and no deposit. Did he lie to me?? I’ve requested my case be escalated twice now. We have already done a month without benefits. My deposit day is usually the 14th of every month. I plan to call Monday bc I think he lied to me too.
