Bringing Embroidery into Commencement?

Hi!! I’m walking on Saturday in the COS graduation and I was hoping to bring a needle and some embroidery thread in to work on a project during the one million speeches </3 Obviously weapons aren’t allowed, but a needle falls kinda in a gray space to me since it is pretty much harmless/not a weapon but it’s sharp. Just looking for confirmation!
