Jacking up prices because I want to bring my own part.

Took my camry in to a shop for a diagnosis. Had a bit of a disagreement with a shop who indirectly admitted to jacking up prices on parts and labor on the repair quote after I did my own research and told them I wanted to bring my own part. Their answer to me bringing my own part was to jack up the price even more on labor and when I questioned them why because I’m “taking away the opportunity for them to make money”. To me that’s a predatory shady practice. Going to charge me even more for the same exact job because I want to being my own part ? Wth ? That shows me the prices on “parts” they charge are made up inflated numbers for them to pocket. They want to squeeze me out of every penny possible. Took my business to another shop who I normally go to ( couldn’t go to them because they were fully booked at the time) charged a bit lower than the price they gave me.
