Interface issues

I recently added a sub to my setup and ran into a problem. When I set rekordbox output to interface, everything works (studios and sub) but then I can’t use the headphones to run ques. So I set my pc output to the interface, set rekordbox output back to flx4 and can use the headphones but only the studios work and sub is silent. Any ideas?
