Back door stuck after doing flooring

Biiiigg rookie error I know…

Just bought a house and currently renovating and encounter a bit of an issue - there’s not enough clearance to open my back door after laying laminate flooring down.

Couple of issues alongside this

- Can’t redo the laminate

- Can’t take the door off its hinges

The plus side is that the door is wooden, what’s the best course of action to shave some clearance from the door?

Do I drill holes through then use a saw to cut off a couple mil?

Hoping someone with experience can advise 😅😅
