Stopped shopping at Shoppers

I have stopped shopping at shoppers drug mart and switched my prescriptions. I bought a couple gift cards as gifts and was told by the people I gave them to they were empty. I google it and there are thousands of people this has happened to. I appealed to Shoppers and was told it wasn’t there problem. They continue to have gift cards on display with this known issue. I switched all my prescriptions and buy my items on Amazon and am saving so much money.
