Three questions every real estate developer in India should ask about their AI visibility right now
Not a checklist. Not a tactics list. Three diagnostic questions that determine whether your project appears when a buyer asks AI for a recommendation in your category.
Question 1: Can an AI system describe your project without visiting your website?
If the answer is uncertain — project name inconsistent across portals, pricing data missing or outdated on third-party listings, developer entity unclear — AI cannot confidently include you. Ambiguity is the first filter.
Question 2: Is your project explicitly associated with its micro-market in sources AI trusts?
"North Goa" is not specific enough. AI systems that are asked about "Assagao villas under 2 crore" need your project to be explicitly associated with that micro-market in independent, high-authority sources. Not on your own website. On portals, editorial coverage, and third-party listings that AI already has confidence in.
Question 3: Do independent sources corroborate what your own website claims?
Self-published content is low-weight signal. A developer's own website saying "award-winning project" means very little to an AI system. The same claim verified by an independent portal, cited in a market report, and corroborated by a third-party listing — that is the pattern AI uses to build confidence.
Most Indian real estate developers fail all three simultaneously. The fix is not more advertising. It is structural — building the entity signals that allow AI to include you confidently when the relevant query arrives.
What does your current marketing stack look like for these three conditions?
