So, I wear and rely on adult diapers 24/7. I've been back in them for longer than I was ever out of them, at this point. They're a kink interest for me by now but also a necessity.

As you might imagine, that's made having a normal "adult" social life (let alone sex life) pretty difficult. I'm still a virgin and pretty socially isolated generally. On a good day, I'm mostly independent besides that, but at times I really wonder how I've gotten away with living by myself without a caregiver.
