I lost my mom’s key fob

was at a party at a park and my mom's car key fell out my bag. I didn't drive there though, her car was at a University 30 mins from where I was. My mom's really mad at me and calling me all types of names but it was honestly a mistake. I went back to the park to look for it and I found pieces of it but I guess the fob broke apart and the important part is missing. She's double mad because the party was 10 mins from where I was staying but I went to the university first so I could get a ride with my friend and not drink and drive. But now the car is stuck at the university and I already got a parking ticket and there's a possibility it could get towed. We can't call triple A to move it and she doesn't want anyone to tow it somewhere it won't be towed. She's saying I'm gonna have to cover all these costs but I just got back from college so I have literally no money right now and this stuff is so expensive. I don't know what to do and she's making me feel like absolute shit for it.
