financial planners

I am 53. I work in healthcare. I have a work group RSP and pension. My RSP is maxed. my TFSA is not.
I also have a personal RSP and TFSA.
I feel like I now need a financial planner to help me figure out my future and what retirement could look like, as it recently dawned on me that it’s actually getting close. And by close, I mean 10-12 years. My husband also has RSPs and a TFSA but no group plan or pension. We are mortgage free and have no other payments, we own both vehicles.
Could you please provide advice on how to find a financial planner who could help me out all the pieces together. It’s rather daunting and I feel rather foolish that I’ve gotten to this stage in life with no real plan per say.
