SB Direct Online Payment: 2-3 months for CFP?

Hi everyone,

Settle ko na yung past due CC ko direct via Security Bank Online Banking last April 17. Pero sabi nung collection agency, 2-3 months pa raw bago makuha yung Certificate of Full Payment (CFP).

Normal ba 'to kahit direct sa bank naman ako nagbayad at hindi sa agency? Feeling ko ang tagal masyado lalo na't posted na dapat yung payment agad.

• Sino dito ang nagbayad direct sa SB app/web? Gaano niyo katagal nakuha yung CFP?
• Need ko pa ba i-inform si SB or automatic na yun?
• Effective ba na kulitin na agad ang bank customer service?
