Bug on scales of fortune event

So i landed on a golden ticket, but I cant use it to spin again. The rules explicitly say that if i land on a golden ticket i get to spin again, but no i cant spin, as proof i have 8/20 items, i just completed all 3 tasks. All i did was skip my last spin land on a golden ticket, button became clickable once, but after that nothing.
