Information on Past Tornado Warning April 15th

Does anyone know if there is any video of the "Tornado" that hit a few weeks ago at the intersection of Dix/Outer Drive? I've seen the aftermath but that doesn't really look like a tornado did it, more like regular high winds. When the warning sounded and the alarms went off, I went outside and there was no rain or wind for about 10 minutes. I was looking in the general direction of the "tornado" and didn't see anything but heavy rain and wind though I did see the electrical flashes from a transformer or something going down.

I was wanting information so I can go in person to complain about these warnings that keep going off to the Wayne County Commission Meeting or to my state rep. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
