[Hiring] Social Media Growth / Strategist Intern | Remote | Flexible Hours

We’re looking for someone who actually understands social media growth, not just posting content.

You’ll work directly with the team to help grow new social media accounts from scratch.

What you'll do:

• Plan content strategy for Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube
• Research trends, viral formats, hooks, and competitor strategies
• Write captions, post ideas, content briefs, and growth experiments
• Manage posting schedules and community engagement
• Track performance, analyze what works, and improve growth
• Spot opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and followers

What we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of social media growth
• Knows what performs on Instagram/X/TikTok/YouTube
• Can think strategically, not just execute tasks
• Comfortable with analytics, trends, and audience psychology
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Bonus if you've grown pages before
