Econ vs Chem or both in AL

I want to pursue data science/ML engineer in future and want to take Econ in AL (cause I really enjoy studying it). I'll opt for 5 or 6 subs Maths, FM, CS, Phy, Econ/chem. So does it add any value to my skillset for being a future entrepreneur or does it directly help in my major (for top unis in US etc). Secondly, will it be more useful for my uni app to study chem or econ or both (tho chem is fine but not my fav subj)?

And what do u recommend, should I take a 6th subj such as World hist or Socio (studied in OL and really enjoyed) or GPR or Eng Lang? Or I shouldn't take a 6th and instead focus on building ecas?
