Sewing custom fits

Does anyone here sew for themselves and have figured out how to make bra free clothing? I wear a 32J which makes it so difficult to find cute clothing that fits. Even just the band to cup size is usually off.

I can sew and sew a lot of my kids clothes but have put off sewing for myself. It's time to figure out how to make cute items that work. But has anyone sewn cute outfits that work bra free for llarger weirder sizes?
