Gigabyte 3090 short circuit multiple times

My rtx 3090 was diagnosed short circuit and was repaired. It shorted when I didn't even use it (cpu graphic was in use).

After repair, I plugged in, tried to run rtx 3090, all looked good until boom, it shut down. I guess the same failure as before, because the PC didn't post when the card was powered, and boosted normally when it wasn't.

My question is: Should I give it another repair? Thank you in advance!
