Need help with a movie

I remember a horror movie I only remember a scene with these teens or young adults in a diner or restaurant and some guy who looks like he hasn’t slept in days comes in talking about seeing shadow people or that everybody around isn’t real. Any help would be appreciated if I can find I would love to watch it.
