Abdominal and back pain management

[NOT asking for medical advice - just similar experiences]

Hi everyone, in recovery but going through a bit of a rough patch. My middle/upper back and abdomen has been killing me for a few days now.

I can’t sit comfortably. I’ve already taken a lot of acetaminophen and a med called meloxicam. The pain is still there. It just aches… ugh.

Eating doesn’t really help. I have a heating blanket on my back now. Idk what to do… Has anyone dealt with this during past periods of more intense restriction? Is it my back muscles (or lack thereof)?

Sorry. Random and weird issue to bring up. But damn I need some relief.
