Adults on MAD

I've had over 90% seizure reduction since starting a medically supervised MAD for seizures. It has been incredibly difficult to find a network of other adults following MAD or Keto medically supervised. I've been doing this for over 3 years. Despite having incredible support from my medical team, family, and friends there are times I feel frustrated and alone. I don't want a pity party but having others who understand firsthand the struggles would be helpful. I've reached out to the Epilepsy Foundation, Charlie Foundation, and Matthew's Friends without success in finding a MAD ketogenic support group for adults. Is anyone here familiar with a group? 🥑💜
