Adjustment

Hi! I have vertical heterophoria and some horizontal misalignment and got new glasses il on day 3 and everything looks hazy/blurry and im seeing a weird ghost reflection of lights one beside it and one above just wondering if this is normal for adjusting or I should see if the glasses are wrong
