Looking for an experienced Reddit growth assistant for a new OF management agency.

We are currently small with a low number of profiles, and we’re looking for someone long-term who can grow with us from the beginning.

Main responsibilities:

• Reddit account warming & safe growth
• Subreddit research & niche targeting
• Caption writing & engagement-focused posting
• Building traffic funnels towards OF
• Maintaining account health and avoiding bans/shadowbans
• Testing and improving conversion rates
• Tracking analytics and identifying what performs best

Requirements:

• Experience with Reddit NSFW promotion
• Understanding of Reddit culture and posting strategies
• Knowledge of how to safely scale accounts without getting flagged
• Ability to identify high-converting niches and subreddit matches
• Familiar with Reddit engagement strategies and profile building
