Parrot adoption in Minnesota/Midwest?

I’m looking to adopt a bird, and register said parrot as an ESA. this is for the future. i am diagnosed with anxiety and clinical depression, and I’ve always loved parrots. they make me calm, happier, and would give me a reason to get out of bed, to take care of, and for them to be with me. but all these places I’m seeing in minnesota are only toy shops, or are weird warehouses with appointments needed or hardly any birds at all. is there any places here in Minnesota or the Dakota’s/wisconsin or any surrounding states as well, to travel to to adopt a larger parrot? such as an eclectus, macaw, cockatoo, conures or love birds?
