Am I overreacting? My family is watching their phones more than the movies we will have quality time for

when I watch movies with my mom and brothers we go through the hassle of choosing the perfect movie to watch.

Then They sit on their phones most movie, playing games bright screens, browsing TikTok etc. My mom does this the most I just lightly told her you’re not watching , she said she is watching. Then 10 minutes later she watched her phone again.

My brother got annoyed at me for making a ”big deal about it” I get we are all adults and I can decide to not watch with them. I personally think it’s a bit disrespectful and a sign of the time that people can’t let go of their phones for 2 hours to watch a movie, since they don’t see a fault they won’t change it. Am I overreacting? be as honest as possible I’ll take all views
