Only mutuals are seeing stories

This is rlly random but for the last maybe month or so, pretty much only my mutuals are seeing my stories. I have 700+ followers, and used to get a good ratio of ppl liking my posts/viewing my stories, but recently ive only been getting 60-70 story views after 24 hours, most of them being my mutuals (i have about 60 mutuals).

I have a gc where ppl who follow me are in and i sent them the post, and one person said they couldn’t even see the post i sent, with someone else agreeing. I never used to believe in shadowbans but Im starting to think thats what I got?

If anyone else ever had this problem and maybe got it back to normal pls lmk! For reference, even my spam account with 200 followers gets more story views after 24 hrs than my main (gets little over 100).
