What’s the mix of discovery evidence you usually see? do you use AI to sort through it?

support

We’re building a new kind of e-discovery tool for lawyers and we’d love to learn more about evidence discovery in different legal fields.

Specifically, interested to learn about what kind of evidence usually comes up during discovery (what’s the usual mix between documents, pdfs, photos, screenshots, cctv/bodycam footage, audio recordings, emails, etc)?

Would it be helpful to have AI help search through media files specifically as opposed to document discovery? (or is this already handled by document discovery platforms?)

Appreciate the help with this study!
