Has anyone ever successfully recovered from Invega?

I've posted here a couple times about various different things, but this specific drug (Invega sustenna) is so fascinating in a terrible way.

I was court ordered to take it every month and took it for about a year and a half? The funny this is I don't even have a psychotic disorder, I've been misdiagnosed time and time again. In that time, I went from around 160 pounds to nearly 300. Still struggling with weight loss but I am down a good amount - and then I have sleep apnea and sciatic pain. (Come to figure out that the psychiatry industry wants to make you fat and unhappy so that other parts of big pharma can capitalize off of your illness.)

Now, nearly 2 years later after stopping the invega (cold turkey, didn't have a choice in the matter after being discharged from the psych unit) I still struggle heavily with lingering side effects. Crippling anhedonia, brain fog and depersonalization/derealization. I'm not too sure if the DPDR could be caused by the invega though.

I feel like my entire life is over. Im only 21 and can't experience joy or pleasure in anything like I used to. I can't focus on anything and texting people back feels like a chore.

What I'm asking is, is there any hope for me to recover? Im sadly aware of the extremely long half life of this medication but I feel like since it's been almost 2 years it would have cleared out of my system by now. So if you have any recommendations on what can help, please let me know. I've started eating an anti inflammatory diet to see if that helps at all.

Thank you for reading, and if you are struggling as well, please know that you are not alone <3
